Mahjong POV Support

Find help for Mahjong POV on iPhone and iPad.

Getting started

Choose a rules mode from the home screen, select an environment and other available preferences, then choose Play Now. Mahjong POV is designed for landscape play.

Chinese, American, and Filipino modes

• Chinese: Play Now, Play Online, and Invite Friends, with Hong Kong-style scoring.
• American: Play Now with the original Mahjong POV American Card.
• Filipino: Play Now with the Mahjong POV Filipino rules profile, scoring, and match progression.

Game Center online play

Chinese online play and friend invitations use Apple Game Center. If online play is unavailable, confirm that you are signed in to Game Center in Settings and that your network connection is active. Play Now games do not require Game Center.

Sound and haptic settings

Open Settings in Mahjong POV to adjust audio and haptic feedback. These preferences are stored on your device.

General troubleshooting

• Confirm that your device is running a supported version of iOS or iPadOS.
• For Game Center issues, verify your sign-in and network connection.
• If a problem continues, quit and reopen Mahjong POV, then restart your device if needed.
